In 1965, James Reeb had gone to Selma, Alabama with other Unitarian Universalist ministers in response to the call of Martin Luther King, Jr. to support racial justice. There Reeb was murdered by white supremacists. March 11 marks the 57th anniversary of his death. On March 6 we will commemorate the life and witness of one of our own.
